As the Senior Vice President of Business Unit at Bosch Home Appliances North America, I am responsible for driving accelerated profitable growth with full P&L accountability for the largest and most strategic business unit in the region. I lead a cross-functional team of professionals in product management, marketing, sales, engineering, and operations, overseeing a portfolio of luxury, premium and mass-market brands such as Bosch and Thermador.

With over 13 years of experience in product and business leadership, management consulting, and strategy, I have delivered impactful results across diverse markets and industries, including appliances, consumer goods, telecom, industrial goods, and retail. I worked with leading consulting firms such as BCG and A.T. Kearney, advising CXO-level clients on topics such as growth acceleration, cost optimization, change management, and digital transformation.
